With over 30 years of experience as an educator and administrator, Richard built a career grounded in integrity, communication, and service. After retiring as a school superintendent, he brought those same values to real estate, guiding clients with honesty, empathy, and a steady hand through one of life’s biggest decisions.

Richard believes trust is earned through transparency and care. He’s known for educating and empowering his clients, so they feel confident and supported every step of the way. His calm demeanor and strategic mindset help navigate challenges and deliver results, all while putting people first.

Faith and service are central to Richard’s life. He and his family attend Austin Ridge Bible Church, and he volunteers with Kairos Prison Ministry. He lives in Dripping Springs with his wife, Tisha, their two children, and their miniature donkey and horse. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, the outdoors, and time with family.
